If you're in the market for a shiny new ultra-portable laptop for the year ahead, the new ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3405) ultrabooks have just landed in Australian retail stores.

The new Zenbooks are impressively portable. Weighing just 1.2 kg and with a 14.9 mm profile, this ultraportable is lightweight and easily transportable.

That slim profile and light weight doesn't impact the screen or performance though. This year's model comes with an immersive 3K OLED 120 Hz touchscreen, with up to 600 nits of brightness and an 87% screen to body ratio.

Powered by Intel's Ultra processors and Intel Arc graphics, there's enough grunt to power through the most demanding spreadsheets.

With ASUS's AiSense camera and noise cancellation technologies, the ZenBook 14 OLED is perfect for videoconferencing, reducing background noise and giving you superior audio and visual performance.

You also get features like face login, a quiet ErgoSense keyboard and impressive audio from Harman Kardon.

On the battery front, ASUS is claiming 15+ hours from the 75Wh battery as well.
