Ecovacs will launch the Goat G1 robot lawnmower in Australia on 21 September for an RRP of $2,999, the company has announced.
Alongside news that the Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni is arriving in Australia this month, the robotics brand has also confirmed that the GOAT G1 robotic lawnmower is set to launch in Australia on September 21.
While robot lawnmowers aren't exactly new, they have all historically required you to lay a boundary wire around your yard to work. The Goat G1 uses all the smart mapping and sensors it has used in its robotic vacuums to do away with the need of boundary wire.
Instead, it uses a number of ultra-wideband beacons around the yard to help the lawnmower set your home's boundaries in the app.
