While camera phones may do a solid job at taking everyday images and video, they still can't compete with the quality of a dedicated interchangeable lens camera.
Fujifilm's new X-S20 camera is designed to help content creators step up their image and video quality, with a dedicated "vlogging" mode to make it easier than ever to create high quality video.
From a specs perspective, the X-S20 has plenty to write home about. It weighs just 491 grams, but packs in a large battery capable of taking about 800 photos. The 26.1-megapixel sensor pairs with Fujifilm's X-Processor 5 image processing engine to produce high-quality photos and video.
On the video front, the X-S20 can record 6.2K/30P 4:2:2 10-bit video internally, and also supports extensive video functions including 4K/60P and 1080/240P capability.
AI subject detection and vlogging mode
Fujifilm has added a huge range of software features to make shooting easier than ever.
The most notable is the AI subject detection and tracking. AI is used to detect a variety of subjects, including animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, airplanes, trains, insects, and drones.
Once detected, the camera will automatically track the subject, keeping it in focus so you can instead concentrate on framing and getting the perfect shot.
A dedicated vlogging mode on the mode dial takes the complexity out of shooting selfie-style photos and videos.
