Competition Terms & Conditions
- This is a game of skill – chance plays no part in determining winners. The winner is judged by the promoter based on the level of creativity and originality to the question: "In 25 words or less, tell us what technology do you wish for in your next electric toothbrush".
- Entrants must be subscribed to BTTR's newsletter to be eligible to win.
- Entrants must complete all fields on the form.
- Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be rejected.
- Only permanent residents with a physical Australian address may enter.
- Employees, relatives or associates of BTTR or Oclean cannot enter the competition.
- The competition commences 26/11/24 at 12:00 pm AEDT and concludes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 13/12/24.
- Judging will take place on 16/12/2024. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- The winner will be contacted by email within 24-hours of the competition being judged. If the email bounces a redraw occurs, and the new winner is contacted by email.
- At the end of seven days if the winner has not responded, the prize will be redrawn and the procedure repeated.
- Once the winner has been confirmed, this post will be updated to announce the winner.
- BTTR will then ship the prize within seven days using parcel post. Any liability for loss or damage in transit is limited to AusPost's stated liability policy.
- Prize value is the supplier’s suggested Australian retail and is correct at the time of publication.
- There is one (1) Oclean X Ultra S electric toothbrush, brand new in an unopened box. BTTR makes no representations as to the suitability or serviceability of the product and accepts no warranty or exchange obligations.
- All prizes carry the full manufacturer’s warranty from the date of shipment.
