It has been a great year for foldable phones, and Oppo is finishing the year strong with the launch of the Find N3.

The new model boasts a 6.3-inch outer screen, with a 7.8-inch unfolded tablet display on the inside. Both screens offer more than 425 pixels per inch, with 120Hz refresh rates and up to 2,800 nits of peak brightness.

Folded, the Find N3 is 11.7 mm thick and just 5.8mm when open, and weighs just 239 grams. It offers IPX4 splash resistance (still no dust resistance), and Oppo claims that the hinge has been independently tested to withstand up to 1 million folds.

There are three pro-grade cameras on the device, designed to match popular 14mm, 24mm and 70mm focal lengths. There's also an ultra-thin periscope camera for zooming, without compromising image quality.

Being an Oppo phone, you also get Color OS, plus the incredible 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging for the large 4,800 mAh battery.

The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, and the phone comes packed with 16GB RAM and 512GB of storage.

Pricing and availability

The Oppo Find N3 is available to preorder now exclusively with JB Hi-Fi Online, before its official on-sale launch on November 16.

From that date, you'll be able to purchase the phone from JB Hi-Fi or Oppo's own online store.

The phone has an RRP of $2,699, and is set to offer some serious competition to Samsung's Galaxy Fold 5 as the most powerful foldable in Australia.
