Being a PlayStation gamer is getting more expensive
Sony has increased the price of its PS5 console in Australia, just weeks after increase its PlayStation Plus subscription.
If you've held off buying a PlayStation 5 for the past five years, now's the time to get one. Sony has just announced it is increasing the RRP of its standard PS5 with Ultra HD Blu-Ray and the PS5 Digital edition.
Obviously the world is in a massive state of uncertainty given the current "decision making" going on in the US, but the price increase is notably for select markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Australia and New Zealand.
It's not all bad news, with Sony announcing a price cut to its PS5 Disc Drive accessory as well.
