Ring's new Stick Up Cam Pro adds radar sensors for better motion detection
With the launch of the Ring Stick Up Cam Pro, your home security needs can get an easy upgrade without a huge amount of effort.
Ring has launched its most recent home security product, the Stick Up Cam Pro. Building on the previous stick up cameras, the new model uses radar sensors found in other Pro Ring devices to measure the distance of an object in its field of view.
The addition of radar sensors lets you create much more specific areas for detecting motion. This means you'll get much more accurate alerts about what's happening on your property.
In addition to the radar sensors, Ring also includes an HDR camera and colour night vision modes, so you can get a clear picture of your home at any time of day in a range of lighting conditions.
There's also the advanced pre-roll feature to capture the six seconds leading up to a motion capture.
