I spent an hour the other day trying to fix the electric recliner on my lounge, which involved getting right underneath it. It was the sneeze-inducing slap in the face I needed to remind me that it's time to Spring clean the house – there was so much dust under there I needed to take a shower after I failed to fix the lounge.

Roborock gets this, which is why it has announced three new vacuum cleaners joining its lineup from 1 October.

There are two new Qrevo robot vacuums, announced, plus a new stick vacuum. Let's break down what's coming, shall we?

Qrevo Master

This robot vacuum is a powerful, pet-friendly model. With 10,000 Pa of suction, the Qrevo Master features an extendable side brush and mopping system, which can help it get right into the corners when cleaning your home.

The circular mop pads spin at 200 rpm, and will lift a centimetre off the ground to transition between hard floors and carpet. It uses reactive AI and LiDAR for advanced obstacle recognition and its in-home navigation, while the dock will wash the mop pads at 60ºC and dry them with 45ºC warm air.

It features a built-in voice assistant for easier control, even without a Wi-Fi connection, and you can also use the vacuum to enjoy real-time video calls with your pets, if that's your thing.

Qrevo S

Offering the same 10mm mop lifting and 200 rpm spinning mops as the Qrevo Master, the Qrevo S drops the suction power to 7,000 Pa.

You still get smart navigation powered by LiDAR navigation, but there's not the same reactive AI intelligence inside as the more premium model.

Roborock offers customisable cleaning routines, which lets you create the optimal cleaning program based on your room type.

Roborock H5

The third new product in the Roborock lineup is the H5 handheld stick vacuum. It offers 158 AirWatts of suction power, while only weighing in at 1.52 kg.

It comes with a 5-stage filtration system, which is the same level you will see on some of the best air purifiers on the market. It can capture up to 99.997% of microscopic particles.

The 9-cyclone dust separation system helps prevent clogging, and while you can store and empty dust directly from the dust compartment, Roborock is also offering an interchangeable dust bag if you prefer to not let the dust fly around while emptying.

Roborock's promising a 60 minute battery life with the H5, with a wall-mounted charging dock that can store all the included cleaning heads.

The new lineup will hit stores from October 1, and will be available from Roborock directly, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, Bing Lee and other authorised retailers.
