Shark's new cleaning duo promises to clean up stains in your furniture and carpets
"StainStriker" is also the coolest product name I've heard in a while.
BTTR is independent, but we may earn money when you purchase through links on our site.
The average cost in Australia to get your carpets steam cleaned is apparently $55 per room. That's not cheap, and is one of the reason's so many people don't clean their carpets all that often.
Counter that with Shark's latest cleaning product, the Shark CarpetXpert, which costs $299.99 RRP, and will let you clean your carpet whenever you want. The cleaner combines a high-speed brushroll, high pressure spray and high suction power to help remove deep dirt and grime from carpets.
It combines these cleaning hardwares with unique cleaning formulas to help chemically remove stains safely and effectively. The combination is particularly effective on pet odours and smoke.
The carpet cleaner also has an integrated handheld spot and stain eliminator, which is designed to make it easier to clean stairs, rugs and upholstery.
When I tested the Tineco Carpet One Pro, I was impressed by just how good a job these products do on carpets. The only real challenge is finding somewhere to store them, because unlike even the best vacuums, you won't be using this every week
Alongside the CarpetXpert, Shark has also dropped the StainStriker. This compact cleaning appliance is designed to help clean up spots and stains anywhere, with a portable design and a compact body that weighs under 4kg.
The StainStriker can apparently deliver 20x more stain-striking power without the need for chemical premix, instead blending two unique formulas together to create a safe and powerful OXY cleaning solution.
