Just how extreme can vacuuming and mopping your floors get? Tineco promises to answer that question with its latest product release, the Floor One S6 Pro Extreme.

The new cleaner will vacuum and mop your home's hard floors, easily cleaning up both wet and dry messes.

It also promises to clean itself, automatically washing and cleaning out the inner tubing and brush roller so you don't have to.

Like previous Tineco Floor One cleaners like the S7 Pro and the S5 Pro, the S6 Pro Extreme continuously delivers clean water to the brush head and sucks away the dirty water, so you're not just smearing dirty liquid across your home's floors.

In fact, it exchanges the clean water 400 times a minute, so your floors are always clean.

Intelligent sensors and design

The S6 Pro Extreme also boasts the Tineco iLoop functionality, clearly displaying the amount of dirt and dust on your floor and adjusting things like roller speed and suction to ensure you get the best clean possible.

It also displays the level of dirt on its large LCD screen, so you can make sure you remove the stubborn dirt patches by covering it a few times.

The brush head offers edge to edge cleaning on both sides. That's something we saw introduced with the S7 Pro, but only one side offered that feature on the S5 Pro.

If you just need to quickly vacuum up a bit of dust there is a suction-only cleaning mode, but this device is predominantly designed for a full cleaning experience.

Pricing and availability

The Tineco Floor One S6 Pro Extreme is available at JB Hi-Fi now, and will come to more retailers in the not too distant future. It has an RRP of $999.

In the box, you'll get three brush rollers, two dry filters, one bottle of Tineco cleaning solution and the charging dock, as well as the cleaner itself.
